Dividend Profit

It was decided to distribute 48% of Monlogistics Holding JSC’s net profit for the year 2023, amounting to 3,000,609,870.76 MNT, as a dividend to all shareholders. The dividend was calculated at 7.58 MNT per share.

The date for registering the list of ordinary shareholders entitled to receive dividends was set as the registration date of the regular shareholder meeting. The dividends were issued by April 30, 2024, through “MSCD” LLC.
