The ordinary shareholders’ meeting of Monlogistics Holding JSC was successfully held on April 27, 2024, conducted remotely with an 85.57% attendance rate. The meeting was attended by G. Khishigbat, CEO of Monlogistics Holding JSC, E. Oyunbileg, an independent board member, and N. Erdenetsog, an independent external auditor.

During the meeting, two agenda items were discussed and unanimously approved:

1. The 2023 operational and financial report of Monlogistics Holding JSC.
2. The Board of Directors’ resolution on approving the salary budget for board members.
